Production & Dispatch

All Nawab & Co. products are made-to-order. This means your piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Dispatch: You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking info within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at Support@nawabcompany.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@nawabcompany.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
