Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at Support@nawabcompany.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After that window, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All products are made-to-order. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by delivery in 5–10 business days within the US. International orders may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at Support@nawabcompany.com.
Sizing & Fit
How do your pieces fit?
Each product page has a detailed Fit Guide with measurements in both inches and cm. As a quick reference:
— Eclipse: Relaxed, slightly oversized. Size down for a cleaner look.
— Monolith: Full boxy structure, most substantial piece. True to size or size down.
— Phantom: Fitted and tailored. True to size. Size up for a streetwear fit.
— Shadow: Generously oversized with high neck. Runs large — size down if unsure.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because all products are made-to-order, we can't accept size exchanges. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you have questions, email us before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email Support@nawabcompany.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll resolve it quickly.

Are the products made ethically?
Yes. Every piece is made-to-order through a responsible production partner, which means nothing is manufactured until it's claimed — no overproduction, no warehoused excess. Shadow uses GOTS and OCS certified organic cotton.
How should I care for my Nawab & Co. pieces?
To preserve the embroidery and fabric quality, wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or iron directly over the embroidered logo.
